About the Gameplay

Iron Lung takes players into the most thrilling psychological horror adventure, where you will have the chance to play inside a tiny, rusted submarine descending into a vast ocean of blood. You navigate using onboard instruments, a limited map, and a grainy external camera. Your main task is to travel through mapped trenches and capture photographs of specific anomalies scattered across the ocean floor. When you complete collecting objects, you can explore the deeper space. The submarine creaks under pressure, visibility is nearly zero, and every movement feels risky.

Surviving in Iron Lung requires more skills and patience. You need to move slowly to avoid all sudden changes. Remember the trench layouts to pass all map challenges. Take photos carefully to align your coordinates properly before using the camera. Monitor hull integrity and oxygen levels.
